1. Digital Goods (PDFs, toolkits, kits):

  • Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once the file is delivered, you retain lifetime personal access.
  • If you experience a technical issue (e.g., file not downloading, corrupted file), contact me at hi@wrzky.com and I will ensure you receive a functioning copy.

2. Tips & Donations

Voluntary monthly donations (through Ko-fi, BuyMeACoffee, or Liberapay) and one-off tips (through PayPal) are non-refundable. These are solidarity contributions and do not include early access to content.

3. Memberships

Patreon memberships are recurring and include benefits such as early access to essays and podcasts. Payments already made are non-refundable, but memberships can be canceled at any time to stop future charges. if you lose access to a benefit due to a platform glitch, email me and I’ll work to restore it or provide alternatives.

4. Errors

For duplicate charges or billing errors on third-party platforms, please contact the platform (Patreon, PayPal, etc.). I’ll help support resolution but cannot directly process refunds.
