2. What we collect

  • Contact details you send via forms or email (name, email, message).
  • Supporter data handled by payment platforms (Ko-fi, Buy Me a Coffee, PayPal, Patreon, Liberapay). I do not see your full card or bank details.
  • Technical data (IP, device, pages viewed) captured by my site host and basic analytics used to keep the site running.

3. How and why I use it (lawful basis)

  • Provide the site and respond to messages (contract/legitimate interests).
  • Process support/memberships via third parties (contract/legitimate interests).
  • Send updates only if you opted in (consent—you can withdraw anytime).
  • Security and abuse prevention (legitimate interests/legal obligation).

4. Third-party processors

I use: Ko-fi, Buy Me a Coffee, PayPal, Patreon for payments/memberships; Hostinger for site hosting and contact forms; email at hi@wrzky.com. These providers process your data under their own policies. I don’t sell or rent your data.

5. Retention

  • Contact messages: up to 12 months after the thread ends (so I can follow up).
  • Payment/supporter records: kept as required for tax/accounting (usually 6 years).
  • If you ask me to delete something I control, I’ll do it unless I must keep it by law.
