Emergency Survival & Operation Fund
Why This Campaign Matters
I run wrzky.com and its subdomain mutualaid.wrzky.com. These sites are my attempt to build a humane, independent space for amplifying mutual aid and archiving resources outside the control of empire. They are built and maintained by me, a disabled creator, without institutional backing. fund
Keeping them online is survival work. It’s about staying here long enough to keep helping others be seen. It’s about refusing to let empire or capitalism decide who deserves visibility and whose work disappears into silence.
I built these spaces from scratch because I wanted a corner of the internet that still believes in care, solidarity and mutual aid, that is not empire-centred. Keeping them online means keeping that possibility alive. Right now I need help to survive long enough to continue.
My essayargues that we must build humane systems outside the control of empire. wrzky.com and the Mutual Aid Hub are my attempts to build one. Our survival depends on the community choosing to sustain it.
How Donations Are Used
Everything that comes in goes directly toward survival and operating costs: rent, utilities and hosting. Just the minimum it takes to keep me and this infrastructure stable.
Your contribution keeps the lights on. It keeps a roof over my head, pays for the internet that connects us and covers the hosting that ensures mutual aid stories can be amplified.
Here is how your help translates into survival:
- Rent and utilities: safety, stability and space to keep working.
- Hosting and domain: wrzky.com and mutualaid.wrzky.com stay live, secure and updated.
- Accessibility: every post remains readable, inclusive and human.
How to Support This Mutual Aid Survival Fund
The goal is US$2,400, enough to cover the next cycle of living and operational costs. Even the smallest contribution makes a real difference.
If you believe in this alternative and want to help sustain it:
- Pledge your support monthly through Liberapay or Patreon to help meet the $500 weekly goal.
- Donate directly through this page or through the other listed alternatives.
Your support covers rent, utilities and hosting. It keeps wrzky.com and mutualaid.wrzky.com alive for the people who depend on them. Supporting this fund means keeping me alive too — keeping the infrastructure that carries other voices from disappearing.
If you can’t contribute financially, sharing this campaign still helps. Each share reaches someone who can, and every act of amplification keeps this work alive.
